A Customer Configuration Analyst works with our remote field offices on customer setup and maintenance, as well as assisting with critical customer issues nationwide.
To be successful in this position you must be curious, conscientious and thrive on learning new things daily. In this role you will become an expert with our proprietary software, clients, and business processes.
Outstanding communication, organization, and technical skills, along with and the ability to build solid working relationships via phone, email, and IM are imperative. The ability to make decisions based on given information and communicate reasoning with confidence.
Major responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple proprietary applications and customer setup requirements. Work independently, while being comfortable asking for assistance.
Engage with field office representatives to ensure customer or user setup is correct meaning it makes sense with regards to customer and application requirements.
Ensure that the field has a positive experience with each request, work order and
Manage simultaneous requests and projects, prioritizing while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Proactively search out projects and tasks that will assist co-workers or enhance personal, team or field office knowledge. Manage personal workflow, with an awareness of team impact.
Essential Job Qualifications:
Strong technical intuition. The ability to quickly become and remain proficient in our proprietary applications. Picks up systems and applications easily.
Ability to develop work routines while being flexible enough to adapt, as required by frequently changing applications and requirements.
Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
Strong experience with Excel, including data manipulation, and ability to write formulas
Basic experience with SQL queries
Ability to make decisions and take ownership of ones work. Understanding of personal limitations. Willingness to ask questions.
Capable of using advanced techniques in the spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
Strong customer service and relationship building. Form relationships with individuals and groups with varying communication styles and knowledge bases, both locally and remote
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Troubleshooting software issues
Documentation or technical writing experience
