A Customer Configuration Analyst works with our remote field offices on customer setup and maintenance, as well as assisting with critical customer issues nationwide.
To be successful in this position you must be curious, conscientious and thrive on learning new things daily. In this role you will become an expert with our proprietary software, clients, and business processes.
Outstanding communication, organization, and technical skills, along with and the ability to build solid working relationships via phone, email, and IM are imperative. The ability to make decisions based on given information and communicate reasoning with confidence.
