The Facilities Engineer works with the Facilities Manager & Supervisor to maintain the Museum s H.V.A.C. mechanical, plumbing, electrical and computer controls systems by monitoring, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance and repairing these systems and their supporting components. Daily work efforts are divided between performing scheduled preventative equipment maintenance and repairs in the field. In addition this role troubleshoots and resolves unplanned maintenance issues, and keeps mechanical rooms safe clean, and organized.

This position is non-exempt, full-time working 40 hours per week. The pay rate for this position is budgeted for $25.00-$30.00 per hour. The position is eligible for the Museum's benefits package first of the month following 30-days of full-time employment.
